At Petsy Gift, every product is made-to-order, ensuring a unique and personalized experience for our customers. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
Damaged or Misprinted Items
We take pride in the quality of our products. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted:
Timeframe: Claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
How to File a Claim: Contact us at Shop@petsygift.com with the following details:
Your order number.
Photos of the damaged or defective item.
A description of the issue.
After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
Returns Due to Incorrect Address
If the shipping address provided during checkout is incomplete or incorrect:
The package will likely be returned to our facility.
Upon return, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and arrange a reshipment.
Note: Additional shipping fees will apply for reshipping the item.
Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned to us can be reshipped to you upon request. Reshipping fees will apply. If no action is taken within 30 days, the item will be forfeited.
Buyer’s Remorse and Sizing Issues
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
Buyer’s remorse.
Ordering the wrong size or color.
Please ensure you carefully review product descriptions and size charts before placing your order.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:
The item is defective, damaged, or misprinted.
Claims are submitted and approved within the specified timeframe.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Petsy Gift is not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but are reported as missing by the recipient.
If your package is lost in transit and not marked as "delivered," please contact us to initiate an investigation with the carrier.
Exclusions
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
Custom or personalized items, unless defective or damaged.
Items returned after the 30-day claim period.
Items that have been worn, washed, or used.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if the item received is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description.
Items must be reported within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a return or refund.
Custom or personalized products are non-returnable unless there is a defect.

Conditions
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Shipping fees for returns (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrect items.
